Dairy is the category where cold chain stops being a talking point and starts being the entire product. Milk does not fail loudly — it fails as a shortened shelf life that your customer discovers on day four, long after the container cleared. Which is why we did not open dairy until the egg corridor had proven our temperature logging end to end.

Our milk comes from licensed dairy farms that pass the same sourcing audits we apply everywhere else, and is processed at export-approved facilities before packing. The range is deliberately narrow to start: whole fresh milk in 1L cartons, and clarified butter — ghee — in 500g tubs, both in formats built for GCC retail and HORECA shelves.

The ghee is worth a specific note. It is made from 100% pure cream with no vegetable oil additives. That sounds like a small distinction until you have compared labels in this market, where blended ghee is common and quietly assumed. Buyers who care about that difference tend to care about it a great deal, and their customers can taste it.

Annual capacity runs to 12 million litres, moving through the cold-chain and documentation infrastructure our egg business already proved. That is the advantage of growing one category at a time rather than all at once: dairy did not have to invent its logistics, it inherited them.
