Who we are

Maple Fresh Foods is a Canadian-owned food export house. We supply Grade A table eggs to Dubai and the wider Gulf today, and we are extending the same operation into dairy, grains, and fresh produce.

The company was set up as a single umbrella from the beginning, and that was a deliberate decision rather than a convenience. Food exporters usually grow by bolting on a new trading name for every category, which leaves buyers doing business with a brand that has no track record behind it. We wanted the opposite: a buyer who trusts us on eggs should be able to take a milk order or a flour order without starting their due diligence from zero.

Canadian ownership sits at the centre of how we present ourselves in this market, and it is worth being precise about what that does and does not mean. It means the company is owned and directed from Canada, and that our sourcing audits, cold-chain logging, and shipment documentation are held to Canadian standards for food safety. In a region where a serious importer checks provenance before they check price, that is a credential worth being straight about — which is also why we do not dress it up as more than it is.

What we are, in practice, is a small team that would rather be accountable than large. One contract, one invoice, one person who answers the phone and knows where your container is.
