Our story
Founding, our first export shipment, and the standard behind both, in order.

Founding
Maple Fresh Foods is founded as a single umbrella company, structured from day one to carry more than one food category. The alternative — a new trading name for every product line — is the industry norm, and it means starting your credibility from zero each time. We chose the harder setup because it is the one that compounds.
A standard to export by
Before the first container moves, the grading, cold-chain, and documentation practices are written down. Not as a policy document for a shelf, but as the actual sequence a shipment goes through. Every category opened since has inherited that same discipline rather than inventing its own.
First export shipment
Table eggs ship to Dubai. Eggs are a deliberately unforgiving category to start with — they are fragile, perishable, and heavily scrutinised at import. Proving the corridor on eggs meant everything that followed would be comparatively straightforward.
Today
Eggs are shipping at contract volume across six GCC markets. Dairy is in build, with sourcing partners and carton formats being finalised. Grains and produce are scoped and quotable. The range grows one category at a time, in the order we can actually stand behind.
